SUNDAY NIGHT YOGA

This is a gentle yoga class blending trainings and experiences I have had in yin yoga, restorative, some of the more passive postures of Ashtanga, Iyengar, Feldenkrias, and various other forms of movement. I don’t have a name for this class, and it’s not necessary. It is simply gentle and nourishing and appropriate for any body and level of experience. This is for creating time and space to listen and experience your body and all that it longs to express.

We are calling this the spring semester and class runs from April 2nd through May.

Where: The Old Town Masonic Lodge at 225 W Oak Street, Fort Collins CO *plenty of parking in the back parking lot!

Time: 5:30pm is our start time…feel free to come at 5:15pm so that you can relax and unwind and be ready for class. This is a 90 minute class.

Cost: $20 for a drop in

This is a soft and replenishing exploration of the body...no previous experience required. My personal goal for the class is to simply turn those bricks in the body to sand. **For those of you worried about activity level…you quite literally might not get off the floor for the entire class!
