EMPOWERED PELVIS EIGHT-WEEK SERIES

  • Wolverine Farm & Publick House 316 Willow Street Fort Collins, CO, 80524 United States (map)

In this eight week series, we will discuss what’s going in our pelvis. This series is for women of all ages and stages of life that are curious and want to better understand the core of their being. We will educate ourselves on the anatomy and functionality of the pelvis and all that it supports and contains.

This will be a two-part journey supported by professionals in women’s health. We first explore the scientific side of pelvic health including anatomy, hormones, and the question, ‘what is the pelvic floor?’ In the second part, we move into our relationship with the pelvis and discuss bandhas, chakras, our cycles, the pelvis ‘what is it trying to tell you?’, and how our relationship with nature affects our body. Throughout the entire series, we will move in our own unique body in yoga practice and become more acquainted with how to better support our ever-changing and fascinating female pelvis.

Together we will explore the breath, posture and movement and its impact on the pelvic floor muscles while furthering our own understanding of the bodies immense healing ability. Do you desire a better sex life and more confidence? Better sex is much more than the physical act and more the relationship with our self and our whole-body experience.
